 In some cases, after an upgrade to 2026 R1 version of Acumatica ERP customers notice severe performance issues across application.

This is a known issue for all builds of the 2026 R1 version of Acumatica ERP.

Our recommendation is that while this problem may not affect each customer it is advised to postpone upgrading until we deliver a fix.

The fix for Acumatica ERP Version 2026 R1 is preliminarily planned to be included in the upcoming patches, as soon as possible.

Contact your Acumatica support provider for further investigation of the issue.
